ALEXSEAL’s new HS Prime Coat 435 combines the benefits of finish primer and show coat when painting a new-built yacht. The glossy finish visualizes the smallest imperfections so that they can be reworked before applying the first topcoat layer. The polyurethane-based Prime Coat has good hiding power at a dry film thickness of approximately 50 µm, which leads to faster drying and higher stability in comparison to standard epoxy primers.
