Sailboats under 5m banned from sailing between Cabo de Trafalgar and Punta Paloma

A pod of Orcas is causing havoc off the southern coast of Spain, with several pleasure boats coming under attack recently when sailing through the Gulf of Cádiz and the Strait of Gibraltar.
