D-Marin parent plans to raise €1.25bn through an IPO

The Luxembourg-headquartered private equity group CVC Capital Partners has launched an IPO (Initial Public Offering) on the Amsterdam stock Exchange. CVC is the owner of D-Marin, the international marinas network with 26 facilities in nine countries.
