Safe Harbor Development beat three other bidders to win the project

A US$30m redevelopment plan for the St Petersburg, Florida Municipal Marina will be reviewed by that city’s Public Safety and Infrastructure Committee amid concerns by citizens that new berth sizes – and rental fees – will price middle-class boaters out of the marina.
