Company to invest US$30m-US$45m on infrastructure improvements

Hurricane Ian took out the Fort Myers Yacht Basin when it slammed into the Southwestern Florida coast on 28 September, 2022, causing US$1bn in boating damage alone while at the same time the city and Dallas, Texas-based Suntex Marinas were negotiating a 30-year lease on the property.
