Cloud-based VTS and RYA Radar simulation

Launched in 2024, MPDUK has developed a suite of Cloud-based simulators designed to make pilotage as realistic as possible. This is their VTS training module for harbour staff. Note the twin screens on the RIB’s dashboard.

Most simulators are designed for training the bridge crews of ships, with a price tag to match, but this new version from Maritime Professional Development UK is aimed squarely at the sub 24 m category
