Aon-Willis Towers Watson merger faces lawsuits

Plans for a takeover deal worth some US$30bn of two major insurance brokerage groups have hit a possible hurdle as at least three shareholder lawsuits have been filed opposing the approach by Aon to acquire Willis Towers Watson. Both businesses are big players in the superyacht insurance market.
