Groupe Beneteau and Delphia Yachts Kot sp. j. reached financial closing of the acquisition by Groupe Beneteau of its operations designing, building and marketing sailing and motor yachts under the Delphia Yachts and Maxi Yachts brands in Warsaw, Poland on Friday.
