Ferretti, Sanlorenzo unlikely to bid at Perini Navi auction

The two builders say the minimum asking price is too high

The joint Newco initiative between Sanlorenzo and Ferretti Group set up to possibly buy the bankrupt Perini Navi brand has decided not to bid at the forthcoming auction for the company as they consider the base asking price of €62.5m as too high.
