Hiscox MGA sells marine business to Nexus Group

Nexus Group completed its acquisition of the Hiscox MGA marine business (HMM) on December 30, 2020. The sale was implemented via an asset purchase into Millstream Underwriting Ltd, a Nexus Group company which specialises in consumer insurance. Hiscox is known as a leading insurer of superyachts.
