Marine electronics specialist Mackay Marine has expanded its global footprint via the acquisition of South African nav/comm company Dynamic Marine Systems (DMS). The deal, announced late last month, adds a Cape Town presence to MacKay Marine’s 43 global locations, the company said in a statement.
