TISG completes €80m acquisition of Perini Navi assets

Purchase funded from own cash resources and bank credit lines

As the successful bidder in the third auction for the assets of the bankrupt sail and motor superyacht builder Perini Navi in December, The Italian Sea Group (TISG) has now completed the €80m purchase initiated through its wholly owned subsidiary, New Sail S.r.l.
