UK council to buy key shipbuilding facility in Cowes

Following a meeting yesterday, the UK’s Isle of Wight Council has reaffirmed its intention to acquire Venture Quays, the part of Cowes harbour which hosts the iconic Columbine Building and home to Wight Shipyard.
