Kate Donadio most recently served as marketing manager for Suzuki Marine USA

The International BoatBuilders’ Exhibition and Conference (IBEX), North America’s largest marine trade event, has appointed Kate Donadio as its new director of marketing and communications. In this role, she will oversee efforts to expand the event’s reach and improve its overall marketing strategy.

Donadio previously worked as marketing manager for Suzuki Marine USA, where she managed national campaigns, media relations, dealer communications, and community engagement programs. She brings over 10 years of experience in marketing, consulting, and brand development across the marine, sustainability, hospitality, and nonprofit sectors.

As co-founder of Dolomites Consulting Group, Donadio has led strategic projects for clients including Hussar Yachts and other brands, emphasising measurable results and brand clarity. Her background combines a data-informed, audience-focused approach with a broad industry perspective.

IBEX will return to the Tampa Convention Center from October 7-9, bringing together marine professionals from around the world to explore new developments in boat building.
