IBEX registration opens

Organisers of the International BoatBuilders’ Exhibition and Conference (IBEX), scheduled to run from October 7-9, 2025 at the Tampa Convention Center, have officially opened registration for this year’s show on the event website.

“In an industry undergoing rapid change and an uncertain future, IBEX is where we come together to navigate what’s next,” said IBEX show director, Mary Velline. “It’s where builders connect, learn, and push each other forward. The show floor is packed with new technologies, the seminars offer critical insights, and the conversations you have will shape the year ahead. IBEX is where momentum is built – and where we go Fast Forward, together.”

The 2025 installment of IBEX is set to feature more than 700 exhibitors across three floors of exhibition space, 50 of which are new to the show this year. Returning events include the popular IBEX Industry Breakfast, the Tech Talk Theater, a start-up pitching competition, the start-up pavilion in an all-new location on the first-floor exhibit hall, the popular Opening Night Party and Mid-Show Mixer at the Sail Pavilion, and more. Velline notes that this year’s theme for North America’s largest recreational boating industry trade event, Fast Forward, reflects the pace of innovation currently shaping the sector, from advanced electronics and smarter build technologies to next-generation propulsion and sustainable materials.
