The leadership change reflects the company’s preparation for its next phase of growth and will take effect following the Annual General Meeting on June 23, 2026.

Swedish component manufacturer Dometic has named Per Carlsson as acting CFO, succeeding Stefan Fristedt, who is leaving to pursue other interests. Carlsson, with extensive financial leadership experience, previously served as CFO at global manufacturers such as Camfil Group, Electrolux Group, and Dometic (2012-2014).

Italian superyacht builder Sanlorenzo has appointed Gianguido Girotti as CEO of Nautor Swan and Bluegame, with the role effective from June 2026. Girotti joins from Beneteau Group, where he served as deputy CEO and previously led the group’s boat division. His appointment forms part of Sanlorenzo’s strategy to further develop its portfolio of brands across both sailing and motor yacht segments.

Frank Lattanzi has been appointed sales manager for the Americas at SEA.AI, the Austrian provider of AI-powered maritime safety systems. Based in the US, Lattanzi brings extensive expertise in maritime intelligence, having previously led business development at Pole Star Global and managed strategic accounts at Lloyd’s List Intelligence, supporting stakeholders with data-driven insights and risk management.

Steve Timms

Steve Timms, with over 25 years at Sunseeker and previously its chief operating officer, has been named interim CEO while the UK builder undertakes a comprehensive search for a permanent leader. Antony Sheriff will remain with the company as a special advisor, supporting the transition and ongoing strategic initiatives during this leadership change

Teledyne Marine

Gregoire Outters has been promoted to president of Teledyne Marine Group, effective immediately. With over 23 years in thermal imaging and 13 years in the maritime industry, Outters has held senior leadership roles, including general manager at FLIR’s Raymarine business. Most recently, he served as senior executive VP of Teledyne’s Maritime businesses in the Digital Imaging segment.
