New partnership combines advanced vessel management with intuitive navigation charts
Marine tech firm Savvy Navvy has partnered with Seaward Automation to integrate its navigation solution into the Command vessel management system, creating a fully integrated helm experience for boaters worldwide.
Launching at next week’s Palm Beach International Boat Show, the integration combines Seaward Automation’s advanced vessel system with Savvy Navvy’s intuitive, data-rich navigation charts. The Command interface consolidates multiple standalone displays into a single, customisable platform, offering real-time control of critical vessel systems for both OEM and refit applications.

“We’re delighted that Seaward Automation came to us, recognising Savvy Navvy as the logical choice to continue their innovation in marine technology. This integration into their Command platform supports our goal of making our intuitive charts and smart routing accessible to more boaters around the world. We are excited to see our ‘Savvy Integrated’ product continue to offer the solutions the industry needs,” says Jelte Liebrand, CEO and founder of Savvy Navvy.
In less than 18 months, the award-winning ‘Savvy Integrated’ has gained traction with marine manufacturers and boat builders seeking modern, flexible navigation solutions.
Seaward Automation, a US-based specialist in advanced automation for sportfishing vessels, pleasure craft, sailing yachts, and commercial platforms, launched its Command platform less than a year ago. The system integrates all communication standards and subsystems into one intelligent interface.
“Command integrates every communication standard, every subsystem, into one intelligent platform designed for the next generation of vessels. Savvy Navvy provides the clean, intuitive navigation experience – adding the final piece of the jigsaw needed to complete our Command interface. We know effortless navigation is an essential part of the boating experience our customers expect and Savvy Navvy’s charts are the perfect solution for us,” says John Digertt, CEO at Seaward Automation.
Often called ‘Google Maps for boats,’ Savvy Navvy offers smart routing with optimal routes and dynamic ETAs based on real-time data, including departure time, weather, tides, boat specifications, and local regulations.
A live demo of Savvy Navvy on the Command platform will be available at the Palm Beach International Boat Show from March 25-29.
