A spate of tax regulations is sending superyacht traffic elsewhere

There is a noticeable decline of superyacht traffic in the South of France this summer and the reason, locals and analyst suggest, is a spate of tax regulations that have big boats shipping out to places like Spain, Italy, Greece and Turkey.
