UK marine electronics firm hires three new employees as part of continued expansion
Actisense, the UK-based marine electronics firm, has added three new employees to its team – office PA and administrator Sammi Galwan, Monika Maluskova in sales support, and software project manager Robin Richards.
The new hires reflect the continuing expansion of the Poole-based company, which serves both the leisure and commercial marine markets across the globe.
“Our growing team is a reflection of our growing reach, and we are excited to start 2019 with three new members of staff who, I have no doubt, will play an important part in helping Actisense achieve its ambitions in the years ahead,” says Actisense CEO Phil Whitehurst.
Actisense grew sales by over 32% in 2018 and has expanded its nternational network to more than 70 distributors across 44 countries, stretching from Norway to New Zealand, Canada to Korea and all of mainland Europe.
As part of its global business development plans, 2019 will see Actisense explore new markets in areas such as Africa and South East Asia, as well as targeting new sectors, including the automotive, industrial automation and agricultural vehicle markets.
