Jose Cruz Medina first joined the company in 2007
Jose ‘Junior’ Cruz Medina has been promoted to general manager of Lippert Components Inc (LCI), the global manufacturer and distributor of transportation-related components.
Medina began with the company in 2007 as a truck driver, and worked his way up through the ranks, most recently as assistant general manager for the company’s recreation vehicle interiors division. As GM, Medina will be responsible for leading more than 400 people in LCI’s marine facility in Indiana.
“Junior has impacted the lives of many families throughout his tenure here at LCI. From building relationships, to coaching inside and outside of work, to becoming a trusted advisor for many, he has demonstrated what caring about people truly means. His operational instincts and ability to build strong teams makes him a natural fit for the next step in his career,” said Mark Taylor, LCI’s vice president of operations, in a statement.
LCI has manufacturing and distribution facilities in five countries worldwide.
