More than 70 recreational boating leaders sign letter regarding the Right Whale Vessel Strike Reduction Rule

A proposed new rule from the US National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) limiting the speed of vessels traversing the US Atlantic coast has the recreational marine industry asking the Biden administration to slow down the efforts to slow down certain boats.
