Transport Canada soliciting industry comment on proposed licensing amendments and fees for both pleasure boats and pleasure boaters

The government of Canada has initiated an industry consultation seeking input on proposed changes to its existing licensing schemes for pleasure boats, along with parallel changes to regulations governing licenses for pleasure boat operators.
