NOAA’s new proposal would all but prevent boating during prime fishing seaon along the entire Atlantic seabord

The US recreational boating industry is giving a deserved sense of urgency to efforts to stop a proposed Atlantic Ocean speed limit restriction aimed at protecting the remaining 350 endangered Right Whales, but “would seriously harm the recreational boating industry,” according to National Marine Manufacturers Association (NMMA) president Frank Hugelmeyer.
