Saudi prince told to pay £42m to Credit Suisse over yacht loan

The UK High Court has issued an order to Saudi Arabia’s Prince Fahd bin Sultan bin Abdulaziz al Saud, a member of the Saudi ruling family, to pay £42m to Credit Suisse after interest payments were not paid in relation to a yacht loan.
