South Africa’s Victoria & Alfred Waterfront, the key launching pad for most of the country’s new-build yachts, plans to establish an Ocean Economy hub at the popular Cape Town site. The move is the latest push to raise Cape Town’s profile as a preferred superyacht and boatbuilding destination.
