AB Inflatables has unveiled the next generation of its Mares 10 VSX lightweight compact console tender. The new model features an updated design that will be on display at the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show in Land Space 305, Bahia Mar.

Designed for yacht owners seeking a balance of comfort, practicality, and performance, the Mares 10 VSX seats four passengers, including an oversized, upholstered bow seat that conceals a vented locker capable of holding a six-gallon portable fuel tank. The tender is upholstered in Spradling marine vinyl, selected for its durability and resistance to marine conditions, while the inflatable tubes are built with Pennel-Flipo’s ORCA 820 CSM fabric for improved abrasion and UV resistance.

The console is ergonomically designed to accommodate a 7-inch multifunction display, with additional features such as a stainless-steel cup holder and a USB/12-volt power port for charging devices.

Other updates include a removable lateral seat that provides more flexible seating arrangements and a folding helm seat backrest with stainless-steel hinges for durability. The seat lid, supported by gas-assist struts, opens to a large storage compartment below. The tender also now incorporates a self-bailing splash well to enhance seaworthiness.
