The new model is EdgeWater’s first major update since 2020 and the first under Nimbus Group ownership
Sweden’s Nimbus Group has introduced the EdgeWater 250CC, a new model developed for the 25ft segment in the North American market.
The 250CC represents the first major product update at EdgeWater since 2020 and follows Nimbus Group’s acquisition of the brand in spring 2023. The model replaces the previous 245CC, which had been one of EdgeWater’s strongest sellers.
Nimbus says it intends to continue renewing EdgeWater’s product offering.
According to Nimbus, the new design reflects input from dealers and customers. It features an unsinkable hull built with vacuum infusion technology and incorporates a range of highly requested special features.
“The 250CC combines the qualities our customers say matter most – space, storage, fishability, and all-weather performance. It is not only the largest in its class, but also the best equipped for all conditions,” says Justin Joyner, vice president Nimbus Group North America.
The launch aligns with Nimbus Group’s broader strategy of renewing product lines across its portfolio. Recent introductions have included a new series from the Aquador brand and several additions to the Nimbus range, including the flagship Nimbus 495 Flybridge.
