Sanlorenzo Spain, the exclusive agent for Sanlorenzo in Spain and the Balearic Islands, has launched its second new-build SL78 yacht at Sanlorenzo’s facility in Ameglia, Italy.
The 24.6m SL78-682 Barracuda was sold to a Sanlorenzo Spain client earlier this year. It is the second SL78 sold and delivered by Sanlorenzo Spain since the start of 2018, along with SL78-686, which was also sold by Sanlorenzo Spain in January 2018 and was delivered to her owner earlier this month.
Barracuda has just recently arrived at her home berth in Puerto Portals, Mallorca.
SL78-682 is the 13th hull of the Sanlorenzo SL78 model, which was first introduced at the Cannes Yachting Festival in 2016. It is powered by twin 1622hp MTU 10V2000M96L engines for a maximum speed of 29kt.
Accommodation for eight guests is divided into four cabins. A spacious owner’s stateroom is located amidships on her lower deck, along with a VIP stateroom and two twin berth cabins.
There is additional crew accommodation on board for up to three crew members.
Her flybridge boasts spacious and uninterrupted relaxation spaces due to the storage of the tender in an innovative aft garage system.
The Sanlorenzo SL78-682 is the 10th new-build Sanlorenzo superyacht out of the total of 11 new-build Sanlorenzo superyachts sold by Sanlorenzo Spain, and the third SL78 unit sold by Sanlorenzo Spain since the model’s initial launch in September 2016.
The upcoming Cannes Yachting Festival will mark the world premiere of two new Sanlorenzo models, the Sanlorenzo SL102 and Sanlorenzo SX76.
