Australian superyacht-builder Hanseatic Marine has rebranded with a new logo, new website and new build projects under the SilverYachts brand.

The SilverYachts name was chosen to capture the company’s success with its award-winning Silver Series of Espen Oeino-designed superyachts.

The company is currently building the 77m SilverFast, which is due for launch in the first quarter of 2015. This follows on from the 73.5m Silver, the 73.5m Silver Zwei and the 77m Smeralda.

Work is also underway on SilverYachts' fifth superyacht project, the 83m SilverLoft. The Espen Oeino/SilverYachts-designed vessel is based on the company’s most advanced hull and engineering platform to date.

“Re-branding as SilverYachts is an exciting and strategic change that highlights and aligns our company image to our success with the Silver Series of superyachts we have produced to date,” says the company in a statement.

“Brand SilverYachts clarifies our product in the market, setting a clear course for the future as we continue to innovate and push the boundaries of style, performance, engineering and craftsmanship.”

Based within the Australian Marine Complex in Henderson, Western Australia, SilverYachts began operations as Hanseatic Marine in 2005 and has grown to become one of the world’s leading superyacht builders.

The company occupies over 6,000sq m of purpose-built facilities, including two major shipbuilding halls, a fit-out hall, workshop spaces and design offices.
