Imtra, a US manufacturer and importer of marine products, has named Eric Braitmayer as the group’s new president and CEO.
Braitmayer previously served as Imtra’s COO. He succeeds longstanding president and CEO Nat Bishop, who is taking retirement.
"I am honoured to serve as the fourth president of Imtra since its foundation 62 years ago," says Braitmayer. "I take this responsibility seriously and look forward to building on our strong relationships and bringing greater value to customers, employees and stockholders."
In addition to Braitmayer’s new role, former commercial sales manager Alex Larsen has been promoted to VP of commercial sales. Peter Kilgore retains his role as president of Imtra subsidiary Maximum Weather and succeeds Braitmayer as IMTRA’s VP of marketing.
Rounding out the management team is VP of sales Chip Farnham, who will continue to manage customer relations and drive revenue generation, and Jeff Vancura who joined Imtra in June 2013 as CFO.
New Bedford, Massachusetts-based Imtra imports and manufactures consumer marine products, advanced LED solutions and integrated marine systems for the OEM and aftermarket. Product categories include lighting, thrusters, stabilizers, anchoring systems, wipers, antennas, gangways and more.
