US-based marine assistance provider Sea Tow has announced that Ramsey Chason has taken ownership of Sea Tow Cape and Islands in West Falmouth, Massachusetts.

Captain Chason will lead a crew of six certified captains who are available 24/7 to offer on-water assistance to boaters so they can enjoy the waters surrounding Cape Cod, Nantucket and Martha’s Vineyard.

“My crew and I are focused on providing premium customer service to our members and we will continue to build upon the community partnerships that are already established and expand into new partnerships,” says Chason.

With a professional background combining two decades of experience as a sport-fishing captain along with more than a decade working for North America's premier environmental services provider, Chason's involvement with Sea Tow is a logical next step. He spent his earlier years working as an EMT and as a tow boat captain in Charleston, South Carolina.

The Sea Tow Cape and Islands crew currently utilise five different vessels depending on where assistance is needed – a 28ft Zodiac, 27ft Brunswick Commercial, 28ft HBI, 28ft SAFE Boat and a 22ft Eastern. Due to the growing demand on water rescues, the team is looking to add two additional boats.

Sea Tow claims to be the nation’s leading provider of on-water assistance. The membership-based service provides the assurance and value of knowing that there is a captain available 24/7 that can provide on-the-water assistance if needed.
