Integrated control systems manufacturer Offshore Systems has signed a partnership agreement with marine equipment supplier Exalto-Emirates. The agreement, completed at the recent Dubai Boat Show, is worth more than £600,000 in sales.
Commenting on the agreement, Bruce Coward of Offshore Systems says: “We have experienced a considerable increase in sales in the Middle East region, and are currently concluding negotiations with some leading Gulf yacht manufacturers to supply our systems to their vessels in build, with valuations of at least £600k for the next few years. Exalto-Emirates has an outstanding reputation for total customer service and support and we are extremely confident that with the resale of our products and systems the company will further strengthen relationships with key customers.”
Exalto-Emirates, which is the Gulf region’s leading equipment supplier, hosted Offshore Systems on their stand at the show. Exalto-Emirates have already supplied and fitted the company’s monitoring systems on a number of vessels in the area, and the agreement, exclusive in the UAE, formalises the relationship between the two companies.
John WR Paul of Exalto-Emirates comments: “Offshore Systems are supplying some very innovative monitoring solutions and state-of-the-art bridge display systems. Our client base in the UAE is growing its demand for the Offshore Systems products, so we are very optimistic about our partnership moving forward successfully.”
Based in Hampshire in the UK, Offshore Systems manufactures NMEA2000 integrated alarm, display and control systems for leisure and commercial boatbuilders worldwide.
