Sanlorenzo has released its fourth Explorer unit to its new owners out of seven sold and the second, out of four sold, of its 52Steel.

With 23 superyachts built so far and 13 still under construction, Sanlorenzo has recently acquired a 50,000m2 production site dedicated to the design and construction of superyachts.

According to Sanlorenzo the 460Exp, which weighs only 460 tonnes and measures 42.2m in length, reinvents the exploration yacht concept, bringing new levels of comfort and luxury to long distance cruising.

The 52Steel includes features an innovative stern section: the transparent pool on the main deck lets light through to the area under it, an exclusive beach area resulting from the opening of the doors on three sides, which turn into platforms at the water’s edge. The same area easily turns into a floodable garage to accommodate the owner’s tender: the floor of the beach area lifts up to make room for the compartment where tenders up to 8 metres can be stored.

According to the Italian builder, two more superyachts will also be delivered next month.
