Italian superyacht-builder Sanlorenzo has picked up new awards for its yachts and services in Monaco and Spain.
In Monaco, the company was honoured in one of four new categories added to the Monaco Yacht Show Superyacht Awards. Sanlorenzo's 52m (171ft) 52 Steel superyacht Seven Sins, which is making its world debut at the show, claimed the 'Best Interior Design Award'.
The international judging panel of superyacht owners and industry experts for the awards highlighted Seven Sins' very large interior spaces, the contemporary elegance of the décor, and most of all the exceptional outstanding technical solution of the beach area. This allows a floodable garage to easily convert into a lounge at direct contact with sea.
Seven Sins is on show at the Monaco show alongside the 42m (138ft) 460Explorer Moka, the 37m (121.5ft) SL118 Tu Y Yo and the 38m (125ft) SD126 Takara.
In Spain, the Best Sales Service Award 2017 went to Sanlorenzo Spain, the brand’s exclusive agent in Spain and the Balearic Islands. The award recognises a solid aftersales service performance and a significant investment in aftersales service infrastructure over the past nautical year.
Sanlorenzo Spain’s dedicated service team has had a busy and productive season with five new Sanlorenzo yachts delivered to Sanlorenzo Spain clients this year alone, in addition to warranty works on Sanlorenzo yachts delivered in previous years.
On September 11, 2017, Sanlorenzo held its 11th annual Brand Representative meeting prior to the start of the Cannes Yachting Festival. This important event at the start of each nautical year ensures strategic cooperation between Sanlorenzo and its global sales network.
As Sanlorenzo Spain continues to deliver more yachts to Spain and the Balearics every year, providing a consistently high level of aftersales service is vital. A strong focus on aftersales activity continues to differentiate Sanlorenzo Spain from its competitors.
