Lippert Components officially acquired the group last week

Taylor Made Group completed the sale of the company to Lippert Components last week.

Headquartered in Gloversville, New York, Taylor Made is one of the recreational marine industry's largest suppliers to boatbuilders and the aftermarket, as well as a key supplier to a host of other industrial end markets.

The company operates out of 10 facilities, including two in Europe.

Lippert is a US supplier of components for the leading OEMS of recreational vehicles and adjacent industries and the related aftermarkets of those industries.

"This is a very exciting time for our people, customers, and partners as the business enters the next phase in the growth of the company," says Jim Taylor, owner of the Taylor Made Group. "Over the past 110 years, we have grown the business to include facilities in the US, Ireland, and the UK and employ over 1,100 people worldwide.

"With this transaction we are positioning the company for continued long-term, sustained growth."

Jason Pajonk-Taylor will lead Taylor Made under the new ownership and work with the Lippert team to ensure a smooth transition into their business, says Dennis Flint, chairman and CEO of Taylor Made.
