The recreational boating and fishing industry will testify tomorrow before a US House Subcommittee on the impact of the proposed National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) North Atlantic Right Whale Vessel Strike Reduction Rule that could have a devastating effect on boating and fishing along the US Atlantic seaboard.
