Italian superyacht builder Sanlorenzo has launched 111, the seventh 40 Alloy, a 40m (133ft) aluminium planing hull and superstructure.

111 carries Sanlorenzo’s recognizable design elements, including the pilot-house gull-wing doors on the upper deck recalling the famous sport cars design, and bathing terraces that can be opened to the sea close to the main saloon zone or towards bow where the master cabin and the gym are located.

Designed by Francesco Paszkowski, 111 can reach a top speed of 28 knots with its twin 2,340kW MTU engines. The yacht can accommodate 10 guests in five cabins and a crew of six.

111 is scheduled for delivery in mid 2012.
